In order to successfully participate in the program, applicants must have a profound knowledge of English. Students should have at least B2 level in English (according to CEFR).
Proof of English proficiency should be submitted upon application. If this is not possible for any reason, the certificate should be presented to the International Relations Office during enrollment to PPCU FITB upon arrival.
English proficiency (CEFR B2 level) should be proven by some internationally recognized language exam (e.g. IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 90).
Detailed description of CEFR levels can be found here.

- applicants whose mother tongue is English,
- applicants with a Bachelor's or Master's degree taught entirely in the medium of English,
- applicants with at least a Bachelor's degree level qualification obtained in a country where English is one of the official languages.
