The primary objective of our faculty is to provide the basic knowledge and skills that will enable our young graduates to succeed in the 21st century in the long term. To do this, we provide our students with a very deep grounding and effective practical training.
At the same time, our faculty is not only a centre for education, but also for research and technology. Building on the best traditions of Hungarian science and technology and on some international centres of innovation, we apply a "teaching-learning-developing" approach and way of life, which is a synthesis of intensive learning, scientific research, innovation and mutual attention. The extended academic and teaching work experience of our lecturers in universities in Western Europe and the United States contributes greatly to this.
