First, you must submit your application to your home university. Then, your home university can proceed with your nomination with the faculty Erasmus coordinator of PPKE ITK by email ( 

    • Before 15th May for mobility programs starting in September. 
    • Before 31st October for mobility programs starting in January. 


The following information regarding the student is required: 

    • Full name(s) 
    • Birth date 
    • Gender 
    • Current E-mail address 
    • Semester (autumn/spring or academic year) 
    • Study field 
    • Study period 



    • Nomination is based on existing agreements. This means that nominations are only accepted in the field and number of students agreed in the Bilateral Agreement.
    • If the sending institution wants to nominate more students than agreed in the Bilateral Agreement, they should contact the faculty coordinator in advance at the following email address: 
    • BSc students can only be accepted as Erasmus+ students for the autumn semester. MSc students are welcome in the autumn and/or the spring semester alike.  




We use an online mobility system (called Mobility Online), which manages all application and exchange documents for mobilities in an easy and transparent way. All nominated students will get login credentials and the manual in e-mail after the nomination. 


Application deadlines

    • Before 15th June for mobility programs starting in September. 
    • Before 15th November for mobility programs starting in January. 


Required documents for application 

    • Transcript of records (about previous semesters) 
    • Proof of English language proficiency (at least B2 level, according to CEFR) 
      Please note: We do not accept unofficial and/or online test results. 
    • 1 soft copy of passport photo (i.e. a separate photo of yourself, which can be the same as in your passport/ID, but not your passport/ID itself). Your photo must be:  
    • clear and in focus 
    • in color 
    • unaltered by computer software 
    • format: jpeg, png, or gif 
    • size: 
    • at least 400-450 pixels wide and 480 -500 pixels tall 
    • at least 50KB and no more than 10MB. 


Review period for applications

    • 15-30 June for the Autumn Semester 
    • 15-30 November for the Spring Semester 

In case of incomplete application, we will contact you by e-mail. Once you are accepted, an online Letter of Acceptance will be issued to you, which has to be confirmed by you.

Learning Agreement Before Mobility

It has to be signed by the student and the responsible person of the home university before attaching it to the PPKE ITK application.

Please send the OLA (Erasmus+ Online Learning Agreement) as a virtual document, signed digitally. Concerning PPKE, the following data should be included : 

      • Name of institution: Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics 
      • Erasmus+ code: HU BUDAPES12 
      • e-mail address:, 

When you send the OLA, you do not need to attach it to the application. If you don't have OLA, Learning Agreement is must. 
To get access to your OLA, please contact to your home university coordinator.

Communication is primarily via e-mail. Our working hours are on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:30, on Fridays until 14:00. We answer emails in this time frame. (If you write to us on Saturday morning, the earliest time to receive an answer from us is on Monday.) If you don't get an answer from us, please check your junk mail as well.
