The Office for Doctoral Affairs and Habilitation (hereinafter referred to as DHI) is an administrative unit supporting and coordinating the educational activities of the Roska Tamás Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology ( hereinafter referred to as RTMT DI).
It is responsible for the reception of students admitted to doctoral (PhD) studies, the administration of the study programme, the management of student data, the publication and registration of public documents related to doctoral studies, and the maintenance of regulatory documents relating to education.
The DHI is responsible for all matters relating to doctoral training requiring a decision by the Multidisciplinary Council for Doctoral Studies and Habilitation in Engineering and Natural Sciences, which is attached to the RT MT DI, and for the habilitation procedure, and the naturalisation of PhD degrees.
The Head of the Doctoral School is responsible for the professional management of the DHI.
