Doctoral Awards Ceremony

On the occasion of the Pázmány Day on 14 October 2020, eight PhD graduates were awarded the doctoral degree from PPCU FITB and one of the lecturers was given the certificate of habilitation.

The Doctoral Awards Ceremony and the Conferment of the Certificate of Habilitation is one of the highlights of the the University Pázmány Day held each year in October. The awards were granted by dr Géza Kuminetz, Rector of the University; the event was attended by dr János Frivaldszky Vice Rector, as well as the Deans of the Faculties.

Dr Kristóf Iván, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics claimed that he was able to follow the path of the new doctors from the start of their Bachelor's studies. He added that there is great potential in the graduates' professional and social development in the future.

The following students have been awarded the doctoral degree: Gergely Csány, Bálint File, Sándor Földi, Tamás Fülöp, Krisztián Füzesi, Ágnes Kandrács, Ákos Makra and Domokos Meszéna.

Dr. Erdő Franciska Vidáné was granted the Certificate of habilitation.
