Roska Tamás Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology

2022.05.18.

The Roska Tamás Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology has been in operation since 2001. One of its aims is to provide young researchers with the opportunity to pursue scientific directions that cross the boundaries of several disciplines. To this end, beside traditional disciplines like information technology, electric engineering and biology, our doctoral school offers research topics in new disciplines such as

  • bio-inspired information technology and bionics, and sensor computing principles,
  • molecular and nanoscale computing, and feasibility issues in electronics and optics,
  • human and artificial language technologies, artificial intelligence and remote sensing.

Our lecturers are researchers with strong links to the international scientific community, who can both impart professional knowledge to students and help the students build their own scientific partnerships.

Our doctoral programs are taught in English.
