Admission requirements

Application requirements:

In order to be eligible for applying to the Molecular Biotechnology MSc program, you need to hold a BSc degree in one of the following study programs: Molecular Bionics, Biomedicine, Chemical Engineering, Medical Laboratory and Imaging Diagnostic Analysis, Biology or Chemistry.
In case of other BSc degrees, the Credit Transfer Committee reserves the right to make a decision about the application.

Diploma rating:

At least 'good' (over 75%).

Language of tuition:

  • English
  • In order to successfully participate in the programme, applicants must be proficient in English. (It is not necessary to have passed the English test at the time of the application; the results can be submitted later.) The following requirements apply if your mother tongue is not English:
    • IELTS: minimum score: 6.0
    • TOEFL, iBT: minimum score: 90.

  • 30 April
  • The Computer Science Engineering Masters Program starts in February each year. Note that there is an additional compulsory Preparatory Semester (in the Autumn semester) for international students.
