Under the agreement, Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital will become a training and teaching hospital of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. The partners will place particular emphasis on elderly care, chronic disease management, and dementia, as well as on developing the related social and educational programmes.

Joint research and development projects will focus on the applications of artificial intelligence, digitalisation, and robotics in healthcare, with special attention to elderly care and the early detection of cognitive decline. The two institutions also plan to collaborate in grant applications, and to jointly organise national and international scientific conferences and professional workshops.
The agreement creates an opportunity for the two institutions to coordinate their scientific, educational, and human resources, and to contribute, through knowledge sharing and joint research, to domestic and international innovation in healthcare and social development.

By signing the agreement, both parties have expressed their commitment to a long-term strategic partnership, with shared objectives to be set out in annual action plans.
