The international training program kicked off with a five-day online phase. In addition to the organizing institutions, students from Czechia (Charles University), Portugal (Catholic University of Portugal and University of Porto), Romania (University Politechnica Timisoara), and Sweden (Uppsala University) are participating in the two-week program.
During the online phase, held between June 22nd and 26th, students can acquire the necessary theoretical foundations, while during the intensive project week from June 29th to July 3rd, they will put their knowledge into practice in the laboratories of Pázmány ITK.
The objective of the English-taught course is to guide participants through the entire development process of microfluidic chips for biomedical purposes, from initial concepts all the way to working prototypes.
