
Professor Behar earned his PhD from the University of Oxford and has received numerous international recognitions for his research. Among other achievements, he has both won and organized the prestigious MIT-PhysioNet Challenge. During his visit, he was hosted by Dr. Márton Áron Goda, Assistant Professor at the Faculty and head of the AIMS-Lab.
The two researchers have maintained a professional connection for several years, as Dr. Goda previously spent two years working in Professor Behar’s research group in Israel. Both the Technion AIMLab and the Pázmány AIMS-Lab focus on AI-based medical signal processing.
During the visit, the researchers discussed their ongoing projects and explored opportunities for future collaboration.
