The EAIE Annual Conference, one of the largest European gatherings in the field of international higher education, brought professionals from around the world to Glasgow this year – including the international relations officer of the Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics at Pázmány Péter Catholic University.

Hungarian "pilot" Attila Sándor took third place at the international FES cycling competition of Cybersportday, held alongside the 2026 Annual Conference of the International Functional Electrical Stimulation Society (IFESS) in Lecco, Italy, from September 2 to 4. Eight pilots entered the FES cycling race; among them, the Hungarian rider, HunFess, won the bronze medal.

The latest meeting of the Visegrad+ project was held in Poland, in the West Pomerania region, between September 1 and 5. Franciska Erdő represented our Faculty at the event. The meeting extended well beyond the five consortium institutions directly involved in the project, as participants arrived from nearly all universities across Poland.
