Welcome to the European Researchers' Night events at Pázmány ITK in Budapest!

On September 5th, Pázmány Péter Catholic University’s Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics (ITK) hosted a significant event.

Researchers from Chalmers University of Technology and Pázmány ITK have developed an innovative model that can significantly improve traffic optimization methods. 

The Systems Biology Research Group of the Faculty has developed a new modeling and experimental framework for the quantitative study of yeast colony growth.

At the end of May, our faculty hosted an Erasmus+ BIP program about the multiscale modeling of biological systems.

The first Erasmus BIP program of Pázmány ITK called "Multiscale modeling of biological systems" has started with 25 students, chosen from a record number of applicants.

The program, offered to MSc and PhD students in the area of life sciences, unveils the hidden dynamics of life from molecules in the microscopic realm to the dynamic interplay of cell communities and the complexity of tissues.

Alexandra Nagy graduated in 2023 from the BioData Analysis Pg Course, a joint course of Pázmány Péter Catholic University and HiDucator Ltd. 

University representatives gathered for a meeting as part of a project, focusing on equipping students, especially women, with skills in data science and AI.

Ferenc Kovács, who has spent a significant amount of time at the Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics (ITK) of Pázmány Péter Catholic University and played an active role in its establishment, has been recognized with the Pro Universitate Award.
