The course covers the data analytics methods mostly used in sports and rehabilitation, ranging from statistical analysis to cutting edge machine learning and deep learning algorithms. We provide an introduction to the sensor technologies applied in this field. We also overview the gross human muscular anatomy, heart, and vascularanatomy and physiology. We will discusssport-specific data analytics strategies, techniques, and challenges. The acquired methods could be useful in other fields, where time-series and complex network dynamics analytics or modeling play significant roles.
