Tantárgy adatlapja
Oktatás célja: a hallgatók megismertetése a biomolekulák szerkezetének leírására és elemzésére használt eljárásokkal
Tantárgy tartalma: Makromolekulák térszerkezetének reprezentációja, a Protein Data Bank. Meghatározott térszerkezetek minődéségének ellenőrzése. Másodlagos szerkezetei elemek jhozzárendelése 3D szerkezetek alapján. Szerkezeti domének azonosítása. Háromdimenziós szerkezetek összehasonlítása és illesztése, szerkezetosztályozó adatbázisok. Funkció jóslása térszerkezet alapján, fontos aminosavakj és kontaktusok azonosítása. Bevezetés a fehérjeszerkezet-jóslásba. Membnrántopológia jóslása és membránfehérjék analízise. A belső dinamika felhasználása reprezentációkban. Fehérjeszerkezetek evolúciós vizsgálatokban. Nukleinsavak térszerkezetének elemzése. Fehérje-ligandum kölcsüönhatások.
Számonkérési és értékelési rendszere: A félév során 6 beadandó feladat (60%), rövid írásbeli vizsga (25%), majd szóbeli beszélgetés (15%). Maximálisan 15% extra pont szerezhető plusz feladatokkal)
